HFCS is a co-educational school with approximately 1,000 students from the surrounding suburb towns i.e. Rathcoole, Citywest, Tallaght. The school’s vision statement sees our school as a community of students, staff, parents and the Board of Management and prides itself in its implementation around the school. Every student is seen as an individual whose talents should be realised to the fullest. The schools code of behaviour speaks more about encouraging students to improve oneself rather than a focus on the sanctions for improper behaviour “Our school is committed to the development of a community of learners concerned for each individual in our care".

Confey College is a co-educational school with approximately 770 students from the surrounding suburb towns i.e. Leixlip, Lucan, Maynooth. The school prides itself on its school motto of “Meas ar Chách/ Respect to all” and in its implementation around the school. The schools code of behaviour speaks about encouraging students to improve oneself. Art plays an important role in Confey seen from the artwork displayed on the walls outside the art room, along corridors and classrooms, in creating awareness for the literacy DEAR programme and in promoting Junk Couture every year for the past four years getting to the regional final this year.
